These marks identify activities, goods, or services originating with or officially authorized by the Art Deco Society of California. Third-party use of these marks must not falsely suggest that an event, publication, organization, product, or service is sponsored, endorsed, produced, or authorized by ADSC.

Nothing in this notice is intended to restrict truthful references to ADSC or its activities, news reporting, commentary, historical discussion, or other uses permitted by law.

The ™ symbol identifies a claim of trademark or service-mark rights and does not indicate federal registration. ADSC reserves all rights it may have in these marks under applicable law.
